Chef Natalie has had a passion for cooking from a young age. As soon as she entered the workforce, she immersed herself in the food industry—beginning in front of the house as a waitress before moving behind the line, where she later became a Sous Chef at a beloved neighborhood steakhouse in Hinsdale working for respected Chef Paul Virant. Throughout her career, Chef Natalie has worked alongside many talented chefs and executed a wide range of culinary experiences, including farm dinners, wine dinners, charity events, and Green City Market showcases. She has also competed at a national level in cake decorating, earning 1st Place Gold for her Alice in Wonderland–themed cake. Her relationship with food took on deeper meaning after being diagnosed with an autoimmune illness, an experience that highlighted the powerful role nutrition plays in overall health. Through exploring various dietary approaches—including anti-inflammatory and meat-based diets—she gained firsthand insight into how intentional, nourishing food can support the body. This personal journey inspired Chef Natalie to focus on healthy, customized meal prep. Preparing meals in advance removed the daily stress of deciding what to eat while staying aligned with dietary needs—an experience she realized many others could benefit from as well. Today, Chef Natalie creates chef-crafted meal preps & private dining experiences tailored to each client’s lifestyle and dietary goals, offering healthier alternatives without sacrificing flavor. She is passionate about helping others live better, feel stronger, and enjoy food that truly supports their well-being.
