Steak! I love a nice grilled Ribeye with an herby garlic butter topping.
Why did you want to be a chef?
I have always felt a burning desire to explore the world of culinary and feeding the world :)
If you're not in the kitchen - what are some of your hobbies & interests?
I love exploring new places, restaurants and always learning more about culinary arts. The best part is that you never stop learning! The gym is a fantastic part of my life too!
