Professional Background

Bachelors Culinary Arts Johnson & Wales University 2005
25 years fine dining experience
I have a wide range of specialties! I take influences from all styles of cuisines and put my fun spin on it. I have an extensive background in modern fine dining style cuisine with an influence on creativity, flare, and fun. This means that my food is elevated while being approachable and not stuffy. I incorporate the science of food to bend the idea of what a certain dish could look like and more importantly taste like! I take great pride in creating a full service event. One of my favorite things about an in home dining experience is that I am able to let the host be a guest at their own party. I take care of it all and hopefully your guests leave thinking you hosted a one of a kind personalized experience that they will remember for years to come.
