Hi, I’m Jen Butt, a newly certified bartender serving the Chicagoland area and Wisconsin, with a passion for craft cocktails, warm hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences. With formal training in mixology and responsible alcohol service, I’m excited to bring my energy, professionalism, and creativity to every shift behind the bar. Before becoming a bartender, I worked as a lead server at a wide range of events—including private cheffing dinner parties, weddings, and large-scale receptions. These experiences sharpened my ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while delivering thoughtful, attentive service. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a lively celebration, I love helping guests feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to enjoy the moment. Now, I’m looking to grow in the hospitality industry with a team that values quality, collaboration, and great guest experiences—one drink (and one connection) at a time.

Where are you from?
I am born and raised in Belvidere, IL, which is about 70 miles west of Chicago.
What's your favorite restaurant?
My all time favorite restaurant is John's Restaurant & Pizzeria In Rockford, IL. It is a small, family owned Italian restaurant that has been in my community for over 50 years. It is a true taste of Italy right here in the States!!
What's your favorite cocktail?
My absolute favorite cocktail a "filthy" martini...the more olive juice the better!!!
Why did you want to be a professional bartender?
I became a bartender because it allows me to combine my passion for hospitality with attention to detail and genuine care for creating a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest.
If you're not in the bar - what are some of your hobbies & interests?
Outside of bartending, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, trying new recipes and cocktails, and staying active. I love experiences that bring people together!
